THE MEETING'S AT OUR PLACE - THE SEEK SPACE
When an economy is in dire straits, it is easy and natural to play it safe and potentially miss out on what could be a golden opportunity. But at Seek, we've always thought about things differently, and now is no exception.
On November 16, 2009, Seek moved to a larger and more creative home base. Located in the central Cincinnati area (Norwood for Cincinnati natives,) our new, 13,000-square-foot home is designed to inspire and nurture new ideas. The building brings together the old and new: classic architecture brings 19th Century charm to a thoroughly modern workspace. It boasts high ceilings, exposed beams and brick, tons of natural light, and some pretty snazzy Rookwood fireplaces.
We’ve been around the world and seen all kinds of great and not-so-great facilities. And, you can bet our team had a lot to say about how to construct an ideal blend of comfort and functionality, with just enough fun and “wow” to inspire big ideas.
But it's more than just a place for us to tackle our day-to-day work. We're growing our business, and we'd like to grow yours too. With the opening of our new space, we're announcing the launch of our facilitation capabilities and offerings – which have been under construction with live projects for the past two years or so.
We'll be offering three comfortable and stylized creative meeting spaces where you and your team can get out of the blazing glare of your office fluorescent lights, and brainstorm to your heart’s content, whether you're working with us or just need to use a conference room for your own team. And there's not a gray cubicle in sight!
All three rentable meeting spaces are totally unique and designed to meet your needs. Our largest room, "Station 22", is located on the 2nd floor and has a warm, open feel with seating for 25-30 team members. Our third-floor space, “Room 1910”, has a modern yet rustic vibe and can host 15-20 creative thinkers. Finally, we offer a more modestly-sized conference room on our first floor, "The Parlor", for those strategy sessions with smaller groups.
Additionally, our space features a large, open deck—for when you need to get a breath of fresh air—and an indoor/outdoor slide, for quick and fun escapes to the ground floor!
As for services, when you have your meeting at our place, it's all included (no nickel-and-diming here!) All meetings in our facility include free copies, templates, materials, Wi-Fi, AV (flat screen TVs, projection, audio), and more. Also included in your cost, we provide an assistant to make sure your meeting goes smoothly. For facilitation and ideation, we'll also include a typist so you have your notes promptly. Plenty of snacks and a variety of beverages are also provided, and high quality, memorable meals that are different every time will be catered at your request.
