Our project managers can provide:

• Screener: After reviewing and discussing your CRP/RFP, we will carefully create the screener to make sure you’re getting the respondents you want.
• Oversite of Screening Process: After you approve the screener, we will keep an ongoing oversite of the recruiting agency to guide the recruiting process and keep recruiting quality high.
• Recruiting Updates: During the recruiting process, we keep in contact with the agency to answer questions and ensure that recruiting is progressing as scheduled.  You can expect daily updates once recruiting begins
• Incentive Delivery: We will cut and send the respondent incentive check to the agency in advance of the research.
• Project Itinerary: After recruiting is under way, we will create a project itinerary for you and your team that includes the research schedule, recruiting agency contact info., local hotel information and directions from the local airport to the facility.  It’s all the logistics, made easy for your traveling research team.
• Agency Options and Contact:  We have relationships with recruiting agencies and facilities all over the world…and we’ve figured out who does what best.  Our project managers can recommend the best facility in your research city, and even set the research up there for you.
