Gaining and sustaining client's confidence is the most important thing! I love giving my clients the ultimate comfort in knowing that they can give me a project and know that everything is under control and hopefully exceed their expectations.  I enjoy being able to say, "Hand it over and let me take it from here." I love conducting professional business on a down-to-earth level. I love truly knowing and understanding who my clients are, what they need and what they are trying to achieve. I strive to get you to the point where you can confidently say, "Call Melissa at Seek, she's great."

Here's the random stuff...

1. Blue or Black Pens:  I pay more attention to the way a pen writes more than the color. If it writes nice and even with a good flow, I’ll use it until it runs out. Blue is good though because then you can tell if it’s a copy or an original.

2. Ideal Vacation:  I haven’t really thought about my ideal vacation, but my husband would say Maui, hands down. And I would say, anytime I’m on vacation with my husband it’s an ideal vacation. J

3. Best Halloween Costume: This would have to be the year I went with two of my college roommates as the Dixie Chicks. At the time, we each could make our hair look like each of theirs, so we donned our Dixie Chicks wannabe attire, caked on the make up and had a great time! 

4. Something nobody at Seek knows:  There are tons of things to find out! One for starters – I used to work at an ice cream store in high school and can still make killer ice cream cones.

5. Do you sleep with one pillow or two?: Does my husband count? If not, then one. I don’t like to feel cluttered.

6. Which Friends character: That’s hard – I would say Phoebe because I’m a pretty easy going, whatever kind of person, Chandler because I’m told that I can be funny and a little bit of Monica because I can be detail oriented and a tiny bit particular about the way I keep my stuff.

7. Two weeks of fast food: I absolutely love the Chicken Teriyaki sandwich from Penn Station (no mushrooms), but I don’t know if all those onions would be good for me. . .or for those around me!

8. Mac or PC: I am fairly new to the Mac world, but I really like it. I use PC because that’s what I know best. My one issue with Macs would have to be the mouse. I hear they have them, but I’ve yet to see a Mac mouse with the scroll wheel – that is my absolute favorite feature on a mouse.

9. Warm summer night drink: I love water. Nothing quenches your thirst and is healthier than water. Runner up would have to be iced tea, sweetened of course.

10. Worst job: I despised working at Abercrombie & Fitch. You had to work shifts like 6:oopm – 2:00am. At the time, I made around $5.65/hour, I had to buy their clothes for work (After I bought an outfit, I was broke!) and they had to be the current line at the time. If you recall, shorts come out in late winter.

11. Favorite auto ever owned: We have a car right now that has GPS. It is so convenient to be able to type in an address or a place and have the car do the rest. You can be practically anywhere and find anything your heart desires.
