Gaining and sustaining client's confidence is the most important thing! I love giving my clients the ultimate comfort in knowing that they can give me a project and know that everything is under control and hopefully exceed their expectations.  I enjoy being able to say, "Hand it over and let me take it from here." I love conducting professional business on a down-to-earth level. I love truly knowing and understanding who my clients are, what they need and what they are trying to achieve. I strive to get you to the point where you can confidently say, "Call Melissa at Seek, she's great."

Here's the random stuff...

  1. Blue or Black Pens: I pay more attention to the way a pen writes more than the color. I need a pen that writes consistent and dark. I don’t like feeling like I’m going to lose every third letter, so steer clear of the weenie ball points.
  2. Ideal Vacation:  Anywhere new that brings a good mix of fun, interest and a lot of relaxation. That could be just about anywhere.
  3. Best Halloween Costume: I think those vinyl costumes with the plastic face masks you got when you were little were the best. The masks were always too big, so your eyes looked wonky and that creepy little slit that allowed you to breath was just big enough to get your tongue stuck in. Or was that just me??
  4. Something nobody at Seek knows:  I used to work at an ice cream shop in high school and can still whip up a picture perfect ice cream cone.
  5. Do you sleep with one pillow or two?: One and sometimes that one ends up on the floor. I don’t like to feel cluttered.
  6. Two weeks of fast food: Although not at all appealing to eat for two weeks straight, I’d go with Chipotle.
  7. Mac or PC:I’m driven by functionality. If I have what I need, I’m good. Mac or PC. A Mac owner would not accept this statement.
  8. Warm summer night drink: I love water. Nothing quenches your thirst better. 
  9. Worst job: Retail sales at Abercrombie & Fitch. Shifts like 6:00pm – 2:00am, folding table after table of tiny t-shirts or giant cargo pants, spending all your paycheck on clothes to wear to work.
  10. Favorite auto ever owned: There’s nothing like your first car. A blue ’88 Lebaron with a portable CD player that operated off the tape deck, a digital dashboard with a broken gas gauge and the empty gas can that lived in the trunk.
